Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee:

• You must request the refund within 30 days of your initial subscription date
• You must provide a valid reason for cancellation
• Your account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service
• You must have completed the onboarding process and training

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Custom development work beyond standard features
• Third-party software licenses
• Implementation services beyond standard onboarding
• Data migration services after the first 30 days
• Services already rendered and consumed
